1. Scope of Services
Ojasvi Creations provides:
- Digital Educational Content: Pattern drafting formulas, digital blueprints, and video guides.
- Live Workshops & Masterclasses: Virtual training sessions and online classes.
- Physical Boutique Items: Fabrics, raw tailoring materials, and trims.
- Custom Tailoring: Made-to-measure stitching and courier-based custom outfits.
2. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All pattern drafting formulas, digital guides, video tutorials, and workshop recordings are the sole property of Ojasvi Creations.
- Personal Access: Purchasing digital content grants you personal viewing access for individual learning only. Digital access (delivered via Google Drive / Gmail) is valid for 180 days from the date of order fulfillment.
- Usage Restrictions: Downloading, screen-recording, re-selling, sharing, or publicly distributing our proprietary formulas, pattern drafts, or videos is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination of access without notice.
3. Live Virtual Workshops
- Access Details: Joining links and guidelines will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp prior to the session.
- Schedule Changes: Class timings are subject to minor adjustments with prior notice.
- Attendance: Attending the live session is the participant’s responsibility. If you miss a class, access to session recordings (where provided) fulfills our service delivery.
4. Custom Tailoring & Customer Fabric Orders
- Measurements: Custom outfits are stitched according to the measurements provided by you. Ojasvi Creations is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
- Customer-Supplied Fabric: Customers sending their fabric via courier must confirm fabric length requirements with our support team via WhatsApp before shipping. Customers bear all shipping costs and transit risks for parcels sent to our studio.
5. No Refund & No Exchange Policy
- Strict Policy: We operate under a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy across all digital products, live workshops, pattern access, physical fabrics, and custom tailoring services once an order is placed.
- Sole Exception (Out of Stock):
- If an ordered fabric, material, or design is out of stock post-purchase, our support team will reach out to offer alternative designs or trending fabric options.
- A 100% refund back to your original payment method will be issued only if an item is out of stock and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement option to satisfy you.
